Recently I attended a Careers Expo in Brisbane, and, as expected, succeeded in adding to a large list of careers I don’t want to do.

So while I was confused for the first eighth of the novel, I did come to appreciate the quirkiness and insights of Pretty in Punxsutawney.

Although I couldn’t relate to Sophie Brooks’ reluctance to spend a summer in Paris, I didn’t put this book down from the first page.
